On this session: The Torngat Wildlife Plants and Fisheries Secretariat, Nunavut Wildlife Management Board, and Nunavik Marine Region Wildlife Board, three wildlife co-management boards across the Eastern Arctic, are co-leading the Nanuk Knowledge and Dialogue project to make Inuit Knowledge more accessible and influential in the management and harvesting of the Davis Strait Polar Bear Subpopulation. This webinar episode shares details of this project and seeks to emphasize the crucial role of Inuit Knowledge in polar bear management strategies.
